i bet all of you have heard of the new Tampines 1 mall which was formally opened just yesterday. well, i was there earlier today. to me, most are just ordinary shops which you can find in the other malls. for example, there's a lot of clothes for woman. [girls, lets go shopping!!]
the few shops which attracts my attention are: 1. there's SECRET RECIPE which happens to be someone's favourite. *hint hint hint hint hint* 2. oh and there's a pet shop for pet lovers too. 3. i went to a shop which sells kids clothing. i saw a girl statue wearing a princess gown. its so lovely that i wish i can fit into that gown. HAHAHAHA! oh for the guys, i bet you people would dearly want to wear the tuxedo which the boy statue had. i bet i bet i bet!!! 4. i had no idea that japanese fashion is so popular among Singaporeans. Uni Qlo had the most customers. they even had to queue up to enter!!!
hmm, it seems like our bus and mrt rides will be so crowded from now till the attraction dies down. to me, tampines used to be a very homey place to be in. but with the birth of new attractions like the mall, i think tampines will sooner or later lose that homey atmosphere.
at the end of the day, i'm glad that i managed to survive the crowd and despite all that, i had fun. it'll definitely be great if there's an opportunity for us to have a class gathering there.
